Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Processing:

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

    to perform a sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),

    to contact you, handle complaints, returns, and legal claims (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR),

    to send newsletters and organize contests (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR),

    for accounting and bookkeeping purposes (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),

    to send commercial and marketing information (including promotions and special offers) based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Source of Data:

Your data is obtained directly from you.
Data Recipients:

Your data may be shared with IT service providers, courier companies, accountants, legal advisors, and payment operators—only to fulfill contracts or legal obligations.
Data Transfers Outside the EEA:

In certain cases, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), e.g., for IT hosting services, with appropriate safeguards in place.
Data Retention Period:

Your data will be retained for the duration of the contract, for the limitation period of any potential claims, and for 5 years after the end of the tax year for accounting purposes.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict the processing of your data, object to its processing, and transfer your data. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Voluntary Nature of Data Provision:

Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to enter into or perform the contract. Failure to provide data may prevent us from fulfilling your order.
Automated Decision-Making:

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Your data will not be used for purposes other than those specified above.
