TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LA-LE ONLINE STORE
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at [https://la-le.pl/](https://la-le.pl/), including the terms of concluding and fulfilling sales agreements, rights and obligations of the parties, and personal data processing procedures.

1.3. A Client may be a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality.
1.4. The Terms are available free of charge on the Store’s website.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
2.1. The controller of personal data is the Seller.
2.2. Data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, account management, marketing, and legal obligations.
2.3. The Client has the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
2.4. Data may be shared with payment operators, IT providers, and courier services.

3. ELECTRONIC SERVICES
3.1. The Store provides the following services:

* Product reviews.
3.2. These services are voluntary and free of charge. Subscribing to the newsletter requires confirmation.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
4.1. All products offered in the Store are new, free from defects, and consistent with the description.
4.2. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the online form. Confirmation occurs after clicking "order with obligation to pay."
4.3. Prices shown are gross prices and do not include delivery costs.
4.4. Available payment methods (online only):
* fast bank transfers,
* BLIK
* Google Pay and **Apple Pay,
* credit/debit cards: **Visa, MasterCard, Maestro**.
Payments are processed by **AutoPay S.A.** and **PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24)**.
4.5. Refunds are made using the same method of payment used in the original transaction. Payment deadline: 7 days.
5. DELIVERY
5.1. Orders are processed within 10 business days, usually sooner. Delivery is made to the address specified by the Client.
5.2. Shipping is carried out by courier or postal services.
6. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
6.1. The Client has the right to submit a complaint under the warranty.
6.2. Complaints may be sent to: LA-LE Sp. z o.o., Glogera 36B, 31-222 Kraków, Poland or via email.
6.3. Complaints should include a description of the issue and the Client’s request. Response time: 14 days (for Consumers).
6.4. Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Details and withdrawal form are available on the Store’s website.
6.5. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Consumers bear the cost of return shipping unless agreed otherwise.
7. LIABILITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1. The Store is liable for product conformity in accordance with applicable law.
7.2. All intellectual property rights to content in the Store belong to the Seller or are used under license.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
8.2. In matters not covered by these Terms, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights shall apply.
8.3. **In the case of Clients who are not Consumers, any disputes arising out of the sales agreement shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.**
9. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
9.1. Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
